You're discussing two different things!
The Pegasus replicators (which are organic and not artificial, like the Milky Way replis) were designed to kill the Wraith. The Milky Way replies were created by Reese, an android built by the ancients. So, in the end the Milky Way replicators were built by the Ancients too, but not as a weapon, but as a toy.

ye, and wraith was also "invented" by ancients ^^ aswell as all life in milky way (dalaran super weapon)

The Ancient made two huge mistakes. They created the ravaging milky way replicators and created the wraith 
I also looked it up and the asurans(pegasus replicators) is nanites created by the ancient to destroy the wraiths

They are made of nanites. I don't think they could replicate if they were organic. The real difference between the two was that the Milky Way replicators used ships made of replicator blocks and the Asurans used ships made of "normal material that can be destroyed"(quote from Col. Ellis).

ye, milky way replicators used materials that existed nearby to build a ship or they just overmanned a ship and stole it and upgraded it(until it was like invincible, but still defeatable) while the asurans keeped their creators ship which is destroyable but very hard to defeat

no, they like advanced ships, but in our galaxy weren't more advanced ships than Asgards, so they got mostly asgard ships.
