Apollo Bug Fix was created by NewDigger
Here's a fix to make the Apollo buildable in Skirmish games.

1) Go to the game directory\GameData\Mods\Stargate\DATA\Xml\
2) Open the file 'Uniqueunits_bonus.xml' in Notepad.
3) Use to 'Go to' command (Ctrl + G or 'Edit -> Go To')) to go to line 429.
4) REPLACE the text on that line with '<Tactical_Production_Queue>Tactical_Units</Tactical_Production_Queue>'
(BE SURE YOU HAVE NOT INCLUDED THE QUOTES)
5) Save the file and close Notepad.
6) Start the mod and enjoy using the Apollo.

Hope this helps everyone looking for a fix

I don't know if it's a good idea to use it in a skirmish, but for fun of course... it's different! :P I will probably try...

Thanks a lot! :D

True, it is insanely overpowered.
But at least people now have the chance to build it if they want to.

Hello,
I've already encounter this kind of problem.

First the file is probably in "reading only" (don't know if it is correct, in france it is lecture seule) which means you can't do modification on the file. So you must deactivate this property of the file (right click, properties, etc.)

Sometimes it's not enough, so i make a copy of the file in another directory, modify this one and replace the first once i have finished. (something i think linked to the properties of directories, but i'm not sure)

Try it, and tell me if it has worked, or not.

well if you have a knowledge of coding or just know what your doing i would recommend just downloading/using Notepad ++ it's a much better and easier scripting/coding interface.

If you are still having a problem saving the file and are using Windows Vista, make sure that User Account Control is off, or that you are running Notepad as an Administrator.

You can do this by right-clicking on the Notepad icon and selecting 'Run As Administrator' and then opening to file.
