yea but...304's with beams would kinda own most units...1 can kill a hatak, 2 can kill anubis hatak, a few can own asgard ships, add more and they can kill battlecruisers.

and if you add caldwell, its an almost garuanteed victory, except if your fighting against replicators...they would drain your shields :/

far as I know it should be one day (don't know the time exactly) but by the end of the day the mod should have it locked in
