Yeah 5-6 years? but still i heard that it will be released in parts? so maby before end of year still ;)

Development of Stargate - Empire at War began sometime back in 2008 or 2009 (right?), and yes the release this year will be space skirmish only.

work left with the whole mod i guess your meaning, with gc and land battles, skirmish space i guess is not that mutch left? ;)

Correct, in perspective everything is relative, the 4 months that are left of 2012 is not much compared to the 42 months the mod has been in development :p
