Retreat bug?

Retreat bug? was created by MSG-Bot
Hey, When i'm goin for a Space or ground battle, i can't retreat, it doesn't matter which types of units i got. I can't Retreat.. So if i by mistake went into an unwinable battle, i have to lose completely(lose all troops etc.)
Anyone know what causes this?
