Can't control my units

Hello,
here is my problem or a bug I came accross. Since I have conquered the whole galaxy (the largest map in Galactic Conquest) and only Pegasus Galaxy remains, actually only Asuras and other few planets (5 or 6) are still under control of Wraith and Replicators - Antients, I'm kind of stuck on one place, if I win next battle, I lose control of my units. How does it look like? My ships come out of the hyperspace, the whole fleet is there, but it doesn't react. Can't chose them, hard points disappeared, all I can see, when my mouse goes over a ship is its healt and shield bars. And one more thing. I attacked Asuras with my main fleet (almost 700 command points), during battle that bug activated and it disabled the 'command points limit' so I was able to call other reinforcements, actually over 200 ships were sent into this battle, however I couldn't control these ships. When on galactic map, after battle, usually some units refuse to move from planet to planet. Well, from my point of view is the Pegasus Galaxy bug hell.
So I wanted to ask, whether there will be some fix patch or somethig, perhaps a new release. Anyway, good job you all have done. This mod is amazing and I'm looking forward the one for Corruption Force.

Yes, indeed, well I interchanged a name of one clan from another game with the name of the Datadisc, heh. Alright, so if I understand correctly, sending a small army should fix it? Well, so far I have been using mostly one modified ship (Anubis) and everything was alright, but not sure, I think it happaned even if 2 of my ships were in a battle. Well, I will check it and try to finish the Galactic Conquest without my overpowered army.
And yes, I see, my name is bugged as well.

Here is another problem I just came accross. I was in the middle of fight (Manaria I think), when this happened again, however only the reinforcements were without hardpoints, same with enemies. Than, even though I scanned the planet and it said about 5 hives, 10 hives or perhaps more jumped out, there were too many of it so they were like 3 hives in one. Is this normal?

I think the map is a bit small for 10 Hives. So some of them will jump out into each other. Maybe Klon shell make some larger maps.
