Hello,when playing GC I have a huge lag with every map ,only map tht I dont have lag is pegasus galaxy,tht one plays smooth,I have v1.3 any ideas why other GCaps have a lag?

This happens because the Galactic conquest map is overloaded with player units and AI units. And also caused by the traveling activities of the AI.
The pegasus GC dont lags because it is not as huge and has less (probably none at all) AI activity.
