Yes, you need the 3 Asgard protected planets K'Tau and the other 2, i can't remember, sorry! ;)

Yea i know the planet but i mean more like structures?.. I got the planet K'tau but i'm not able to build the Asgard shipyard, it's just gray and untargetable :P

I did that and deleted the required planets and it worked :D

But you need all of them to be able to build the shipyard^^
It's an event that unlocks the shipyard once you got all 3 planets.
