Maybe it is possible in the Ultimate War GC map, as it was made by Spinobreaker. In the official GC maps (means, all others), it is not possible.

It's possible to mod this in the xml files

Spaceunitscapital.xml called "Ori_Schlachtschiff"
But there are several variants through out the code e.g. one for the goaulds.
