How Do I make my Own Changes? was created by LegionOfSkaro

I'm new to this whole moding thing and wanted to know if there was a tutorial for making changes to the game.
There are a few changes I wanted to make for myself.

IE: Making it possible to build Aurora ships on certain planets (Both Tau'ri and Goa'uld)
Making puddle jumpers available for land battles, changing the build limit for ships and other things, Changing Names and images, changing text, Etc...

So Is there a site or something that can tell me how to do Things like that?
