Open Beta Not Launching With Steam Version

Hey, I was wondering if I could get some help. I followed all the instructions perfectly, but it will not launch the mod with steam. When I press start, it just launches vanilla EAW.

I installed EAW for steam and ran FoC once. In the launcher, I set User Mode to OpenBeta. I clicked updated and installed everything for the mod. After that I ran the compatibility check and everything comes back as "Ok". In Mod Settings, I have tried to enable the Steam Version check box, but every time I press save after the launcher restarts the changes never save. Tried running as administrator as well.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated, as I have been wanting to play this mod in Galactic Conquest for quite some time.

Sounds like you did everything right Revan.
So our launcher crashes once you check the Steam checkbox, and try to confirm it. It wont allow to save the setting that you use a steam version?

You could try (I know pretty avious) to check the game integrity of the game in steam.

How I can and from download Open beta prelude mod ??
