an idea

so i was thinking that maybe there could be mulitple versions of the same hero ship and as the player advanses through the storyline of the gc that certain heros would get upgraded

for example the odersey starts out like any standard 304 and it gets upgrades to its technolagy, the heros will always start with their special weapon though depending on what could be done the ships would get say a bounus to damage or hitpoints and at the end the line the odersey gets the asgard core and beams, this would be also allow the other hero bc 304 to get asgard beams how ever it would be a special weapon that the player would have to activate and have a recharge time and while activated the other weapon systems dont fire or at a limeted capacity.

this would allow the ships to stay balanced through the story and tech levs

just a sergestion please dont hate me

would be nice with some "phasing" in the game

ok i still question why ONLY the Odyssey will have the Asgard weapons. Deadalus has them, apollo has them, and the sun tzu has them. why not put them on those ships. I kinda feel like that's not staying true to the show.

but that's just me.

Many of us don't like the asgard Laser and they are just to over powered AND If only the Odyssey have them the asgard laser are more special. Deadalus has the nuke ability ...

ok. i can see where you are coming from on that. is the apollo still gonna have that giant barraige? just powered down some? also i gather the Mk. 2 304's are going bye-bye?
