No, just the Space Skirmish part will be released till the end of this year. GC and ground part need more time to be completed. That is the reason why we have decided us to give you (the community) first the space skirmish part and not the whole and complete mod, so you can play it till we have all finished.

Yes, the space skirmish is nearly complete, just a few little things like new effects, small bugs to fix, some maps improving and balancing, but the whole complete mod with GCs and ground part need more time and is not finish this year, just the space skirmish part.
