Hey everyone, I'm new here but I've been playing the mod and loving it, but I am having some issues. I have the advanced Anubis Ship Yard and it says I am able to build Anubis Motherships with it, but I can not. Does it have to be on a specific planet or is it a bug of some type.

Hi and welcome in the forum. It's been a while since I played the old 1.3, so could you please give a bit more information? Which GC you played and where you built the large shipyard? Is the icon too build the ship there, but greyed, then it could be you have too less resources/credits, is it not visible then you need tech level 5 I think.
