No, somebody else had the problem but I can't find the thread where it was discussed so I don't know what you can do against it (if anything).

I have a question, in the Stargate universe, when Thor arrives, what must i do? where must i send him to continue the story line, because after he arrives, i have no more events!!!!

You don't have to do anything with him. The story line will continue on itself sooner or later. There are just pretty long time spans between the events.

Yeah, pretty much. You can still conquer the galaxy. There are a few events that are triggered by conquering a certain planet or sending a certain hero to a certain planet.

No, those events are deliberately not part of the event timeline. The problem with the timeline is that it's possible to conquer restricted planets with certain units before you should be able to. But as long as you don't fly to the restricted planets (the ones that glow red) before you get the mission to do so the timeline should be fine.
