Something I remembered. When it comes down to the modelling and such, do we need to be able to use the ALO plugins for conversion? Because the version of 3DS Max I use won't support the existing ones. With the Atlantis model it wasn't a problem, since Merlin was going to rig it anyway I just needed to send the obj file and textures.
You should be able to make units and herounits in space and on ground, maybe managing the hardpoints and so on. Thats not very difficult, but it costs us most of our time. Of course it would be fantastic if you have an even better understanding of the xml
