The Scout is used to explore enemy territory and serve as reconnaissance unit in the GC. It gains recons on foreign sectors and hostile planets. If it has gathered all information needed, it sents it to the nearest outpost and destroys itself. Although it is armed with a light plasma cannon it does not survive enemy fire for long. The Scout can detect cloaked ships and reveal a part of the battlefield by temporarily lifting the fog of war in a limited area.

Beacon: The Scouts deploys a sensor probe which reveals the fog of war for an extended period of time in a large radius.

 

Dart

The Dart is a small, very maneuverable and extremely fast Wraith Fighter. The Fighters are, just like the Puddle Jumpers, capable of travelling through Stargates. The Wraith Fighter got its name due to its arrow-like shape. The Dart is mainly used to capture humans by using a transportation beam during cullings, but also to protect spaceships and stations against hostile targets. If a battle is lost and retreat is not an option, the one man fighter commences a kamikaze run at the nearest high value target.

Claw Fighter

The Claw is a next generation Dart, sharing many similarities with its predecessor, however it is slightly larger and more resilient but not capable of travelling through a Stargate. Its shape appears as more threatening than its predecessor and its weaponry consists of two heavy plasma cannons. The heavy fighter is used to support the Darts, as the Darts are more fragile due to their thin hull.

Kamikaze: The ship heads to a nearby target and set a collision course. This maneuver caused enormous damage to each enemy unit, but also leads to the destruction of the ship.

During the war with the Lanteans the Wraith developed a bomber similar to the Wraith Dart that was capable of weakening the Lantian warships' shields much faster than the normal Darts could. This was achieved by greater weapons range, firepower and resilience. Although these bombs based on organic material can not cause very great harm, but several Bomber squadrons are already able to make smaller ships in the shortest time incapacitating.

Hornet Bomber

Hornets are a more powerful type of bombers with a similar but different shape than that of the normal bombers. Its explosive yield and payload were increased while its hull was reinforced. A small energy weapon serves as its only defence against fighter interception. These improvements were the result of the growing Lantean resistance but the design was forgotten until the Wraith uncovered a long lost laboratory in an abandoned base. Now the Hornet heavy bombers are capable of inflicting serious damage to hostile ships, even in small numbers.

Shadow Fighter

After several losses against the Lanteans the Wraith enhanced their heavy fighters and equipped them with a special weapon and unique technology. Equipped with two double-barreled energy guns, some biological bombs and an experimental ion cannon, the jagged shape of the Shadow Dart is sure to strike fear into the hearts of whomever sees it. In addition to its impressive arsenal its hull is coated with a new, even stronger composite material that allows it to completely cloak itself temporarily.

Ion Shot: The Shadow Fighters fire ion projectiles at an enemy target to weakening or even incapacitating its shields.

Cloaking: The Shadow Fighters becomes temporarily invisible. While cloaked the squadron is unable to attack and the cloak is automatically disabled when the enemy is engaged.

 

Shuttle

The Wraith using a Shuttle to transport their delegates, goods and high ranked officers. It has some similarities to the Dart, however it's 3 times the Darts size. The ships organic hull isn't that thick as the one of the capital ships, also it's only equipped with a light plasma gun to defend hostile fighters. Shuttles should never penetrate into enemy territory without an escort.

Heavy Transport

The Wraith developed this transport in order to carry soldiers, vehicles and deployable weapons to the frontline without having to store them in a Dart stasis unit. It's nearly double the shuttles size and can carry over 100 soldiers or dozens of vehicles. Also his organic hull is capable of taking even more fire than the shuttle. Two plasma guns serve as a fighter defence. However, the transport should only be used within an escort.

Tyrant Corvette

The Tyrant Corvette is the Wraith's smallest ship mainly used against fighters. Due to its size it is not equipped with a hangar. Armed with four light plasma batteries, the Tyrant is able to intercept and destroy most fighters and bombers with ease. The organic hull is quite weak, however this is countered with a relatively high regeneration rate.

The Harbinger class cruiser is a medium sized space vessel mainly designed as an escort ship for Wraith Hive ships. It is equipped with powerful engines, a durable organic hull with a high regeneration rate and three medium plasma batteries. Two squads of Darts can be dispatched from the ship's hangars. However, they mostly fill an anti-fighter and reconaissance role as the Harbinger is capable of outmanoeuevering enemy capital ships due to the fact that it is quite maneuverable.

The Wraith Destroyers, also called Accerum, are moderate capital ships with a pointed and narrow shape, providing less exposure to enemy fire. They are mostly used as support units in larger fleet wings because their organic hull is very resistant to most weapon types and they can regenerate quite quickly. Accerum destroyers are armed with three medium plasma weapon batteries and one heavy plasma battery. Destroyers house neither fighters nor bombers, because they are not equipped with a hangar.

Plasma Salvo: The destroyer orders all medium plasma batteries to fire a constant and concentrated volley at a hostile target, dealing heavy damage.

 

Manta Artillery Ship

The Artillery ship's appearance is similar to that of the cruiser, despite it being larger and having a sting on its tail. His appearance is similar to a skate, which was given the name Manta. It is equipped with specialised artillery weapons to attack hostile units from a safe distance. It it also capable of dispatching a squadron of Scouts to perform reconnaissance of the target area as artillery spotters.

Iratus Battlecruiser

The vessel called the Iratus Battlecruiser is the second strongest and most sophisticated Wraith ship size/firepower wise. Its hull is not only organic but also coated with a rare biologically grown metal alloy. It is equipped with state-of-the-art Wraith tech and is able to dispatch two squads of Darts. Two medium and four heavy plasma batteries are placed across the hull, facing different directions for maximum coverage. If the battlecruiser is damaged, the hull is capable of repairing itself in a short amount of time. Because of the vessel's large mass, it is not very maneuverable.

Kamikaze Darts: A surge of Darts fly out of the hangar of the battlecruiser aiming straight for the enemy target at ballistic velocity, causing massive damage to the target.

Shield Leech: The battlecruiser leeches the shields of a targeted enemy vessel for a short time. The transferred energy is channeled into its weapon systems, thereby making the ship inflict increased damage for a short time.

 

Hive Ship

The Hive ships are not only the Wraith's biggest and most powerful spaceships but also the largest ships native to the Pegasus galaxy. They can accomodate several thousands of Wraith in hibernation within their many stasis pods. Each ship is equipped with five heavy Wraith plasma cannons and two plasma artillery guns spread across the whole ship. Its organic hull is massive, making the Hive capable of withstanding even the mightiest of weapons. However, because of this it lacks any kind of maneuverability. Due to the organic nature of the hull it is capable of regenerating itself if it suffers minor damage. The hangar bays carry up to six squadrons of Darts. Hive ships are commanded either by a queen or a commander.

Computer Virus: The Hive ship uploads a virus onto the enemy mainframe, thus disabling the targeted vessel. The virus causes the affected target to fire inaccurately and reduces the strength and range of its special abilities.
